            On 25/10/2010, Petrovietnam Pipe Manufacturing JSC (PV-PIPE) held a groundbreaking ceremony to build steel factory at Tien Giang Petroleum Oil and Gas Services Industrial Zone, Vam Lang Commune, Go Cong Dong district Tien Giang province.

At the ceremony, 150 million VND was donated to support the people in the center provinces hit by flood.

           On 18/10/2010, Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS) has organized the 27th anniversary celebration( 20/10/1983 - 20/10/2010).

           Attending the ceremony, there were former company leaders and nearly 100  officers, engineers and workers of the PVC-MS company.

 

           To celebrate the Vietnam Women's day 20/10 and the 27th anniversary of PVC-MS (10/20/1983 - 20/10/2010), on 16/10 morning, more than 50 female workers in PVC-MS participated in climbing contest which organized by the company's Women's Affairs Committee.

Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure Joint Stock Company( stock code: PXS) released a report of the business result in the third quarter 2010.

In this quarter, PVC-MS( PXS - Hose) turnover is 119.12 billion dong, up 265% from the third quarter 2009.

Third quarter net profit in 2010 was 14.112 billion dong, up 695% over the same period in 2009.

9 months cumulative revenues PXS 309 billion dong, with 73.6% of the plan in 2010, accumulated net profits nine months of 2010 was 35.7 by 105.7% year plan. 119.12 billion dong.

Dated 19/10/2010 is the final registration day for shareholder list to hold extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, PXS will collect suggestions of shareholders' meeting on the consolidation of the Board, to raise capital and the dividend rate in 2010 (estimated 14%).
